Weekend Update for July 2/3

Friday:

• We are currently studying the 28 Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Current Study: The Remnant and Its Mission (Part II)

Sabbath: Meeks Bay, Lake Tahoe

We will meet at Meeks Bay on Sabbath. Worship will start at 11:20am.

• DIRECTIONS TO MEEKS BAY LAKE TAHOE: 80 EAST RENO -- Take exit 185 for CA-89 S toward Lake Tahoe (0.2 miles) -- At the traffic circle take the first exit onto CA-89 S (13.5 miles) -- Turn right at CA-89 S/W Lake Blvd and continue to follow CA-89 S (11.2 miles). or

• 50 EAST SOUTH LAKE TAHOE -- Continue onto CA-89 N/Emerald Bay Rd (16 miles)

IMPORTANT: Click here for a map of Meeks Bay. We will be spending most of the day on the section of the beach located between the BOAT RAMP and the SNACK SHACK (southwestern part of Meeks Bay). You'll have to look for it when you arrive at Meeks Bay.

Meals will be served in the designated PICNIC AREA. Lunch will be served at NOON. Dinner will be served at 5:00 P.M. In between lunch and dinner there will be plenty of fruits, chips, and other snacks for everyone to enjoy.
