ATTENTION:
This weekend is the SKSDA Cook-Off. Here are the entrance rules. In order to participate, you must register with Pastor Joel by no later than 2:00pm Saturday, March 7th. You will register your name, food category, and name of dish. Remember to create enough to feed 4-5 with your dish. The categories are
A. Appetizers
B. Entrees
C. Dessert
There is no limit as to what type of food you can cook. (Example: Indian, Korean, Italian, etc...) As a participant, you will cook your dish at your own location, with your own ingredients. The deadline for all food items is 6:00pm. Have your food item at church by 6:00pm for judging. The foods will be judged on five categories. They are as follows:
1. Overall Appeal (Originality, creativity, and recipe)
2. Presentation (Visual, aroma, garnishes)
3. Recipe Execution (Color, Texture, Volume)
4. Taste (Flavor, seasoning)
5. Difficulty Bonus
