Weekend Update for January 27-28, 2012

Friday:

7:30pm : FNV (Friday Night Vespers)
  • The turnout for Friday night vespers has been great! it's so awesome seeing so many people there every week, participating in out discussions. Hope to see you guys there again this week!

Sabbath:

9:15am: Morning Prayer Meeting in the Main Sanctuary
Julie Chung will be leading this out every Sabbath

10:00am: Sabbath School

11:00am: Divine Worship
  • Welcome: Joe Lee's Band
  • Intercessory Prayer & Scripture Reading: Meena Chong
  • Sermon: Julie Chung
  • Offering: Deaconesses; Piano: Peter Jhang
  • Announcements: Hari Kim

12:00pm: Potluck
  • No one is assigned to help with cleanup this week but please help out if you can!

Sabbath Afternoon/Evening Activities
  • FREE WEEKEND: Use this weekend to spend time with your family and loved ones.

Weekend Update for January 20-21, 2012

Friday:

7:30pm : FNV (Friday Night Vespers)
  • The turnout for FNV has been great so far! Have you guys been spending the last 10 minutes of your day with our Heavenly Father? Hope so! Come and join us in our discussions.

Sabbath:

9:15am: Morning Prayer Meeting in the Main Sanctuary

11:00am: Divine Worship
  • Main Worship: The entire main worship will be lead out by the Weimar Academy Chamber Orchestra!
  • Offering: Deaconesses; Piano: Peter Jhang
  • Announcements: Sarah Jung

12:00pm: Potluck
  • No one is assigned to help with cleanup this week but please help out if you can!

Sabbath Afternoon/Evening Activities
  • Afternoon - Homeless Feeding in downtown Sacramento. Looks like it may rain, so bring a jacket!
  • Dinner - No dinner Plans
  • Evening - Glow in the dark miniature gold at Monster Mini Golf! they offer student discount, so bring your school ID

  • Start the Sabbath off right Last week, FNV was the most packed i've ever seen! Even our own Shanna participated in the discussions. It was pretty amazing. Please come join us this Friday!
